REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations​

Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. If you decide to cancel the order after it is dispatched, it will be treated as a return request (see the following section).

As most orders are shipped immediately, we request you to contact us as soon as you decide to cancel the order, via our customer care number +91-90809-91804 or at email your request to info@jlinebooks.com / jlinepublications@gmail.com

Returns 

You can return the product within 5 Days of the product(s) Delivered to you. Our policy lasts 5 days. 100% refund will be made. Reason for the return should be Manufacturing defects,  Transit damages, Product received different from Ordered. No claim will be entertained after 5 days have gone including date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

SALE Item tagged products are special price for few days are non-returnable.

  • Gift cards
  • Books (Tamil Novels)
  • Customized statues,
  • Custom Made paintings​
  • Custom orders ​
  • SALE Item Tagged(Special offer)
  • Sarees whose blouse have been cut ​
  • Sarees whose blouse have been stitched​
  • Imitation Jewels not happy with the product you have received then send email within 48 hours of receiving the product.​
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.​
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.​
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)​
  • Items that are attempted for installation​
  • Items that have visible signs of use​
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error​
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery​

Returns due to our fault

Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are due to our fault or damage during shipping.

Initiating a return

To initiate a return, please call us +91 90809-91804 or at email us at info@jlinebooks.com / jlinepublications@gmail.com. Once we accept your request, you will be asked to send the item(s) fully insured and freight paid to:

If you are shipping an item over Rs.5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days in India, Other Countries within 10-15 Days.

If the items delivered to you do not include all of the items that you ordered in any particular order or include incorrect items, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible.

All the products delivered to you should be handled by you. In any event, our liability is limited to the price of the items or the cost of replacing such items. Whatsoever the reason is, the compensation should not exceed the cost of the product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jlineartsandsilks.com / jlartsandsilks@gmail.com and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
